Cocoa Powder Processing Production Line Cocoa Powder Maker Roasting Peeling Milling Crushing Grinding Machine

The cocoa powder production line can produce cocoa beans into fine cocoa powder through six machines.

In the production process, the feeding and discharging are carried out manually, which saves costs.

After the cocoa beans are roasted in the roasting machine, they are put into the peeling machine. The peeling machine will peel and crush the roasted cocoa beans to obtain cocoa nibs. Then the cocoa nibs are ground into cocoa butter through colloid grinding machine, and the cocoa butter is passed through Oil press to remove oil. Then the cocoa powder is obtained through a roughly grinding machine and a finely grinding machine.

Step 1: cocoa bean roasting

Roller baking machine is used for baking hazelnut, almond, pine nut, peanut and other foods. The advantages are simple operation, compact structure and high efficiency, so it is more suitable for small and medium-sized food processing enterprises.

Roller roasting equipment adopts rotary rolling cage and special high-quality infrared catalytic burner to realize flameless catalytic combustion of natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas. Roller baking machine is equipped with automatic temperature control device. In the process of baking, the object to be baked is continuously pushed by the propulsion device in the cylinder to form an uninterrupted cycle, which makes it heated evenly and effectively ensures the baking quality.

Step 2: cocoa bean peeling

The cocoa beans are put into the feeding hopper, rolled and peeled by the stripping roller, and then dropped to the vibrating screen for screening. The different sizes of peeled cocoa beans are sucked to the outside of the machine by the wind power for storage. The peeled cocoa beans are discharged through the port. All peeled cocoa beans can be separated by adjusting the wind power and the peeling gap.

Step 3: cocoa nibs milling

The principle of colloid mill is that the material is effectively crushed, emulsified, homogenized and warmed by the strong shear force, friction force and high-frequency vibration through the high-speed relatively linked fixed teeth and moving teeth, so as to obtain satisfactory fine processing products.

Step 4: cocoa butter pressing

oil pressing machine is a kind of small oil press with simple operation, high oil yield and less replacement of vulnerable parts in mechanical oil press.

Step 5: cocoa powder roughly grinding

The material enters the crushing chamber from the hopper of the crusher, and the crushing effect is obtained by shearing with a rotating knife and a fixed impact. After the action of the rotating centrifugal force, the material automatically flows to the outlet of the crusher.

This grinder is suitable for the coarse crushing of a variety of chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other hard materials. It has a compact structure, simple operation, low noise, low energy consumption, and good crushing effect.

Step 6: cocoa powder finely grinding

This flour milling grinding crushing machine makes use of the relative motion between the active fluted disc and fixed fluted disc to impact, grind and crush the material.

The fineness of crushed material can be adjusted by changing the filter net with different aperture, widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries and is the ideal crushing equipment at present.
